The product

An onaroam plan is a data eSIM for the destination and length you select. It is not a phone number. Regular calls and SMS are not included. WhatsApp and other internet apps use the data connection.

The plan starts when your phone connects in a covered country. Installing the QR code earlier does not start the days.

Price and payment

Prices on the site are in Indian rupees and include the plan you see at checkout. You pay with the method you select there.

Acceptable use

Use the eSIM for your own travel. Do not resell the QR code. Hotspot is allowed and draws from the same data allowance. A local network can still apply its own fair-use limits.

Limits

Coverage depends on the partner network and on your phone. We refund a plan that never activates on a compatible, unlocked phone, as described in the refund policy. We are not responsible for airline Wi-Fi, hotel Wi-Fi, or a phone that cannot add an eSIM.
